More than
One Source of Income
To be
successful it's important to have more than one stream of income.
Arts & Craft
Fairs are generally spring through the Christmas Season. But the bills
still arrive in the mail in January, February and March.
The general
economy runs in cycles, there are good times, extremely good times, and
times when business falls off dramatically.
You'll want to
be prepared for the good times by having plenty of stock, and the bad
times with at least two if not three or four ways to sell your work.
Making a full
time income from my work has sometimes necessitated that I look for new
avenues for sales to add to my income.
When I do a
little self analysis, I simply like finding new ways to do about
anything. For this reason, I’ve sold my work in about every
way that I can think of.
What follows is
a summation of my experiences with some suggestions that you may want to
consider.
